SHIPPING

** Due to the delays from COVID-19 and the Post Office, some orders may take longer than normally expected. Our products coming in are taking double the normal time of shipment, which we have no control over.

We do our best to get your products out to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipment. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, ie; weather, shipment delays, etc…, you will be notified.

RESERVING APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are reserved with a credit card. You may be charged a $1.00 to see if the card is valid, the charge will go away in a few days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice so that I can offer the time to another guest.

You will be charged 50% of service price on all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hour notice.

NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of service price.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can begin your service on time.

LATE POLICY:

Should you be running late, please call or text to inform me that you are on your way. After 15 minutes, without a phone call or text, you will be considered a no show and be charged according to the above policy. If arriving late, I will accommodate you the best I can with the time remaining and you will still be charged the full amount for the service scheduled.

CELL PHONES:

Please silence your cell phone upon arrival.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & REMINDERS:

To help you not forget your appointment time reserved with me, I will kindly send you a text confirmation reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm by replying “YES”. If you need to change your appointment, please contact me by texting at: 281-691-5845

Children

The minimum age requirement to receive a service is 13 years of age. Any child under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a parental consent form at time of service, which will be kept on file for future treatments.

Children under 10 are not permitted in the treatment room. Please arrange for child care before your visit.

Skinology Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned within 30 days it was purchased or received, must be unopened and in new condition. Refunds will be given in the original form it was received. Customer must pay for return shipping. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow time for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. No refunds will be given on services.
